After a brief encounter with a blown tire and a fence post, I had my 2005 Dodge 1500 towed into World Auto Body by recommendation of a friend whom had great work done there, and was really happy about working with these people. I was just sick as the fence post had changed the look of my beautiful truck and ended up smashing the windshield. It was just awful. I didn’t even want to look at it.
I called World Auto Body and they came out and picked the truck up within hours of my phone call. The two driver was very clean dress (you know how they can be, all greasy sitting in your car) and loaded my truck to the back of their flatbed tow truck. I cried as it was pulled up the ramp and tied down for the journey to the repair shop.
I am a very busy person with a very complicated business life. If really don’t have time to be dealing with all of these insurance estimators and such. I would probably get flustered and walk out as they tried to take advantage of me. All thoughts for none as Mike and Robert expertly handled my entire claim from the tow to the final wash and detail. My whole involvement was calling the insurance company and giving them a statement of what happened and telling them where I had taken the vehicle. Much to my surprise, the insurance adjuster immediately knew who World Auto Body was and told me I was in good hands!
I am very happy with my repairs and my truck. I love my truck. I was scared to death in the rental car as I was down there at street level with everyone else for almost a week. World Auto Body did a wonderful job and the staff was super friendly and did anything to make me happy. They are exceptional and I recommend them to anyone that has a problem and needs their car fixed.
